Guest access
Guests have access to the homes advertised 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and listed common spaces. The master suite, located on the bottom floor, is locked for owner use only and is not available to guests. The garage is also not accessible for guests.
Guests may park in the back driveway which is spacious enough for 3-5 vehicles depending on size. Specific parking instructions will be sent prior to check in.
*Please note due to the steep hillside, parking in the front driveway is not permitted.
Other things to note
*Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.
